Circle Central is a multi-day vocal immersion that celebrates the power of spontaneous song, soulful expression, and human connection through the voice. Rooted in the practice of a cappella improvisation and circlesinging, this gathering invites people from all walks of life to explore the magic that happens when voices come together in real time — without judgment, without sheet music, and with deep listening at the center.
Curated and led by MOTION, a collective of masterful vocalists and facilitators dedicated to the transformational potential of improvised sound, Circle Central is more than a workshop — it’s a living, breathing experience of musical empathy and collective creativity. Each session offers opportunities to explore rhythm, harmony, movement, and storytelling through guided circlesongs and open-hearted collaboration.
MOTION is made up of four dynamic artists:
David Worm, a pioneering voice in the Circlesong movement and a longtime collaborator with Bobby McFerrin
Destani Wolf, a powerhouse vocalist known for her soul-stirring presence and genre-crossing vocal artistry
Bryan Dyer, a versatile and deeply rooted singer who brings groove, groundedness, and generous leadership to every gathering
And in spirit, Tammi Brown — whose radiant voice, boundless compassion, and joyful soul continue to inspire everything we do. Her legacy lives on in every note, every connection, and every shared song.
